We’re four friends building the kind of space we’ve always looked for - somewhere to warm up, cool down, move, breathe, and reset.

It started with conversations (usually in saunas or cold water), and it’s taken shape beside one of the most peaceful spots we know: Chew Valley Lake.

Now, it’s nearly ready.

The handcrafted sauna is almost complete. The landscape is taking shape. The yurt and cold plunge pools are on their way. Soon, we’ll be opening the doors to a place designed for contrast - hot and cold, movement and stillness, connection and calm.
